BELLA WAKAME

Their self-titled debut album (Umor-Rex 2025) is brimming with captivating melodies and wonderfully electroacoustic textures, which are repeatedly and playfully deconstructed. Andi Haberl, known as the drummer of The Notwist and most recently releasing his wonderfully warm and airy solo album as SUN, is responsible for the drums and sensory percussion. Florian Zimmer contributes his knack for modular synthesizers to the groovy trio Saroos, among other projects. With Andreas Gerth, he creates expansive soundscapes as Driftmachine.

JOASIHNO

Joasihno's music is inspired by experimental pioneers like Mort Garson and the melancholy of Krautrock electronica, with an interest in contemporary music production and great admiration for the canons of Moondog and the patterns of Steve Reich – psychedelic machine music from Munich. Live, Cico Beck (The Notwist), Aloa Input, and Nico Sierig experiment with robotic instruments, sound installations, analog synthesizers, percussion, and computer electronics.
