Description of the event:

Guido Kohn

Guido Kohn is a string player, improviser, and noise artist, born in 1988 in Buenos Aires and now based in Berlin. Emerging from a classical training in cello, his practice now moves between non-academic and popular music, performing in punk projects as well as in sounds more closely tied to dance and the night, while remaining firmly rooted in the improvisation, experimental, and noise scenes. His current work explores the sonic possibilities that emerge from the dialogue between instrument, preparations, digital processes, and analog effects.

He currently performs in projects such as Las Migrañas (with Santiago Jimenez), YEXXEN (with Sofía Salvo, Bobby Glew of Guttersnipe, and Claire Nico of Cuntroaches), ESETv3 (with Sofía Salvo), as well as in various unreleased formations. He has performed at numerous festivals and on tours across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Peru, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Austria, the UK, Czechia, Bulgaria, and Japan.

Volume 1:

Hans Kadensia - Olessia DUPUY

Hans Kadensia is a Franco-Canadian cellist and musical composer based in France. Hans’s artistic expression transcends traditional musical boundaries, crafting profound sensory landscapes in which the tangible corporeality of the cello merges organically with ephemeral digital soundscapes.

Inspired by the sonic layers co-existing in her immediate environment Hans carefully deconstructs and re-imagines primary musical components, leading audiences into a sonic universe where the faintest vibration, the slightest electronic transformation, becomes emotionally-charged.
