Music from Nowhere is a duo project led by guitarist, oud player, and composer Yurdal Çağlar, featuring Hogir Göregen, one of Berlin's leading percussionists.

Their musical approach is based on improvisations, shaped by a rhythmic, highly dynamic, and thematic flow, enriched with a stylistic diversity that transcends geographical boundaries. With each performance, the group takes the audience on a unique journey.

While immersed in the mystical atmosphere of Middle Eastern maqams and existential reflections, you may suddenly find yourself carried away by the fiery rhythms of Latin music.

The evening will be opened by Shigara feat. Hogir Göregen with an ambient live set.

Bringing together the electronic sound world of Brazilian artist Shigara and the rich percussion traditions of Kurdistan and Mesopotamia embodied by Hogir Göregen, the project explores the meeting point of contemporary electronic music and ancestral rhythm.

Originally developed through a tour across Brazil, the collaboration moves fluidly between ambient soundscapes, ritualistic rhythms and spacious live interaction, offering a unique opening to the evening.
